Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice of movement and meditation that creates strength, balance, and flexibility in the body, mind, and spirit. It is a time-tested path to joyful living and potential enlightenment.
I regularly offer 30 minute Gentle Yoga classes online twice a week on Tuesday and Fridays 8:30- 9:00 am EST.

Cost: $15 when there are 2-5 students; $10 for 6 + students.
NOTE: Days and times occasionally change. If you are not regularly attending, please alert me when you plan to come, so I can let you know about any changes to the schedule.

A vigorous style of yoga that flows from one pose to the next, building strength, flexibility and balance. Focus is on alignment and breath.
Using stillness in postures without effort to exercise the connective tissues in the body, this practice brings about increased range of motion in the hips and spine, as well as a deep sense of contentment in the spirit.
This is an easy practice that opens the body through gentle movements to facilitate healing and increase vitality. Focus is on alignment and the breath.
Using the support of props, this practice creates effortless stillness in various postures while promoting deep healing on a physical and energetic level.
This is an easy practice that focuses on how to heal from within using a combination of Gentle, Yin and Restorative Yoga, in addition to Yoga Nidra and Reiki (always optional). Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork) are explored to create health and radiance.
Also known as Yogic Sleep, this is a much loved practice that lets the body sleep while the mind is awake and aware to bring about transformation and healing in the practitioner. Yoga Nidra has a 1:4 sleep ratio—a 60-minute practice is the equivalent of a 4-hour nap, in terms of rest for the body, mind and spirit!
